I've checked in the full releases conf, and checked here (and of coz in my own Vb), and i'm not sure if this is already possible, so i'll apologise now :)

How about a hack that will utomatically allow someone with a high enough post count into a certain forum.

I.e. you have a category containing "bargain" links for example. This forum will only be available to those users that have over say 1000 posts (Admin settable in the Cp?), meaning it doesn't get abused by "lurkers" with only 1 or 2 posts :)

If it exists, please let me know :

i'm almost done with the hack: "minimum posts to view threads". Where members need a sum of posts, that you enter in the admin, to view the threads. They can view the forums and the thread titles but they dont have the permission to enter the threads inside.

The hack is kinda like the wluke hack: "minimum posts to view forum" but then for threads.
