after installation I cant Access ADMIN panel

after installation i cant access admin page error im getting when i try to login on admin cp panel

"Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

2nd thing forums grapics and layout also funny display please anyone have anyidea why im getting this

The URL should not have /core/ in it. For example my board's URL is:

https://www.mysite.com/forums/admincp/index.php

fixed just chnage the htaccess.txt to .htaccess and its work now thanks
