VB4 to cloud migration

I'm about to move my VB4 forum from where it is hosted to VB CLOUD. I have a couple of questions on things I'm not familiar with.

I need to backup both my database and my file system for the move.

Where can I find good, clear and comprehensive instructions on backup procedures for both DB and file systems?

Apparently if my DB is over 1GB in size I will need to move the attachments to the file system. How do I determine the size of the database?
How do I determine where the attachments are?
How do I move them if I need to?
