Need Hired Help
 
I have vB 4.2.5 and suddenly I've been having problems with people's posts getting truncated. It seems to happen when they use special symbols like " or * or others.

I don't have any idea what the issue is and I'm not educated in computer programming to be able to fix it. I've tried switching PHP to different versions and nothing works.

I need to hire someone to fix this. I'd prefer to NOT upgrade to vB5.

How do I find someone who I can pay to help fix these issues?
