Banner consent JS code QUAMCAST vBulletin 5

Good afternoon.

I have a WordPress https://celtadigital.com/ that has a consent banner code in the header.php by Google AdSense policy, as you can see when you enter.

The problem is that I have the forum with vbulletin in the subdomain https://foro.celtadigital.com/ and in this subdomain the consent banner does not appear.

How can I do to add this JS code in vBulletin to see in all my forum?
