It looks like there's a new favicon and the site is fairly broken... did the old owners get ahold of the domain again?

No idea, but the sister was the one fighting the brothers to retain it & keep it going, im sure she would of done something with it if they had given it to her.

Based on a WHOIS history it seems that the domain was moved to Google late last year so there was some sort of activity. The nameservers still seems to be pointing to AWS.
