looking for a mod for better moderation of old and new users

hi

I am looking for a mod that moderate all users i have had and for future users. I have 60k registered users .I want to check them out one by one by a good mod.

If you know any of your membership and trust them promote them to a mod role. A lot if sites do it this way. Doing it this way those member typically know the base and know the site also. Prob not good for an outsider it seems you are looking for to come in and mod your site.
