Hello, I have help my friend who is a vB 5 license holder to installed the website on his vB account

however we got system error when turn off the site and or go to whos online

The license holder should be asking this question in the official forums.

But my guess is you have the API enabled and no API key.

So what should we do now? If this error persist my friend can’t run his dite
