I'm building a website that will be basically built of vBulletin. I will need help doing it, and will offer a good price for somebody to help.

The project will include a modified version of the signup, a modified version of the user control panel, a CMS, and some more.

The most important change to the c/p would be that each user would need to be able to add a bunch of sites that are his to a directory, and be able to sign up to services (that can ben easily added to the whole).

Well, this is probably really unclear, but I don't want to reveal to many of my ideas.

Anyway, as I said I will offer to pay whoever offeres there servicies, however, that person needs to have a very good grasp of php/mysql, and vBulletin and a good amount of hours to spend every week.

Well, to be honest, I haven't purchased vBulletin yet. Am I supposed to before?
