Broken Image when No Avatar Selected
 
I can't figure out how to fix this.

When a user has no avatar selected I get this broken image, the users name and the word avatar:

Can somebody help me fix it?

I cannot click on the broken image and get a file path.

1, Might be missing unknown.gif

Look in:
images/misc/unknown.gif

2, If you have a default avatar mod installed (or template edit) make sure you have uploaded the default avatar.
