Custom audio BB code not working
 

Hi,

Just added <audio> BB code .

Works in admin area but in post doesn't work and inactive.

What should be the problem ?

You might have to use https instead of http in the BBCode if your forum is accessed over a https connection.

But I don't use HTTPS.

What should be else ?

I tried with new fresh installed on vB 3.8.11 and result is same. No any plugin or modification and theme is vB default.

It should work in localhost. I use it for my own forum. On http / https, you can go through an iframe but it is not safe, better go through Flash.

Mess around with settings, I have it working with these settings

Remove Tag If Empty
Yes

Disable BB Code Within This BB Code
Yes

Disable Smilies Within This BB Code
Yes

Disable Word Wrapping Within This BB Code
Yes

Disable Automatic Link Parsing Within This BB Code
Yes

You also might want to try changing audio/mpeg to audio/mp3

- Custom BB Code working with desktop PC or notebook with example Chrome browser.

But

- Not working on mobile; Chrome or any other browsers

I tried on mobile with default and mobile default style and result is same.

Any idea ?
