Default attached images to medium or large
 

How do I set post image default size? Users have to double click each image they include in a post to change the image size in the post. Theres no way for them to guess that. How do I set a good sized default?

Settings --> Options --> Message Attachment Options --> Thumbnail Size

I have mine at 450, depending on the image, its usually good but still gives the option for a higher-res image.
