Right column renders last

My vbulletin site has an annoying rendering "feature", where the main forum section fills the screen, then the right column appears right at the end, shoving the main forum section to the left.

Any idea on why it is doing this and how to fix it?

I think, from memory, I added a table around the main section so that I could have 2 columns, but I can't remember for sure.
