Issue with the URL's of the forum.
Hi,
Our website is https://www.condobbs.com/forums/ When I click on the city Richmond Hill, it will change the URL in the address bar to https://www.condobbs.com/forums/foru.../richmond-hill Then when I click on anything below that, it changes the URL in the address bar to: https://www.condobbs.com/forums/foru...lub-rec-centre OR https://www.condobbs.com/forums/foru...0-red-maple-rd ETC... I want https://www.condobbs.com/forums/foru.../richmond-hill to always be there for all the ones under the city Richmond Hill, this helps with the SEO. So basically it would be https://www.condobbs.com/forums/foru...lub-rec-centre That's how its supposed to be anyways but its not displaying right. How can I do this? please help me to explain. Thank you. |
I'm pretty sure that you can't change the URL structure. At least, I haven't been able to find a way to do so in the vBulletin 5 settings (correct me if I'm wrong, anyone).
Sure, URL structure matters when it comes to SEO but I doubt it will affect your rankings that much. I did some digging and what seems to matter more than the URL structure when it comes to SEO is content quality and backlinks. |
You could change the url by edit pages with pagebuilder. Don't know if this works but you could try.
