vbulletin server change-> URL is domain.com/domains/domain.com/public_html/

Hello,

i have moved my vbulletin 4.2.2 from cpanel server to directadmin server, i changed only mysql credentials, nothing else. And when i went to domain.com the address in address bar is correct:
Code:

https://mydomain.com/
but when i go to some forum, the address bar ugly URL (page loads correctly):
Code:

https://mydomain.com/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/introductions/
the thread links on that page also are correct. But when i visit some thread, address bar shows ugly URL:
Code:

https://mydomain.com/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/introductions/123-hi-guys/
Interesting is that when i visit same thread from within forum homepage, then address bar URL is OK:
Code:

https://mydomain.com/showthread.php?t=123&p=123#post123
I tried to disable plugins (define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);) and clear System cache, but that not helped. I tried to define absolute papth in includes/config.php
// $config['Misc']['forumpath'] = '/home/users/public_html/forums';
(above line is samle, i used real path returned by phpinfo())

(I do not know if i cleared System cache or did Ctrl+F5 on site. Site is behind Cloudflare.)

In /admincp/options.php?do=options&dogroup=address i tried to change "Always use Forum URL as Base Path" and "Forum Component URL" is empty. Again, i do not know if is necessary to clean System cache or Ctrl+F5 the site.

I also upgraded from vb 4.2.2 to 4.2.5 and no change in address URL appearance.

When i rename .htaccess file, it continue to show ugly URL in address bar, but the page is 404.

What do you suggest to try please? Thank you

Update: if using vbseo, it apparently helped to fix the issue when i defined Custom Doc Root at admincp, vbseo , settings, options, advanced settings. (vbseocp.php#vbseo_opt) - but vbseo is likely exploitable and outdated so here are instructions on how to uninstall it and setup alternative redirect.
