Where to add "Code Snippet"

I'm working with a company for monetizing my website...and I'm told to add the "code snippet" before the <body> tag.

Here are the exact instructions I received:

"Copy and paste this code snippet into your site template just before the </body> tag. This tag is at the very end of your page, probably in your footer. Once the code is installed on your site, it will start working immediately."

Question is...where do I add this "code snippet" (which vBulletin 4 template should I modify)?

And if it's important...where in that template do I add the code?

Thanks very much.

You have a "search in templates" function in the admincp, you can simply search for text in the templates that you're looking for.

Thanks snakes1100. I'm a bit familiar with the search function in the AdminCP...I use it quite a bit for finding specific templates.

Maybe I'm not understanding what was suggested...I'm not sure how using the "search in templates" function will help. If I use the "search in templates" function...and use the search term "body"...all I get is very long list of individual templates.

This doesn't really help me identify which exact individual template to add the "code snippet" to.

- My first hurdle is knowing the proper vBulletin template to modify.
- My second hurdle is knowing where exactly to insert the "code snippet".

Again...maybe I'm misunderstanding what you suggested. If I did...please clarify.

Thanks:)

Place their code in the footer template at the end.

Hey snakes1100. Wanted to let you know that I added the code snippet to the vBulletin footer template as you advised...and all indications are that it's working.

Thank you sir.:)
