How do I get the skin which is currently in use for vbulletin.org for my vb cloud account. For Version 5.5.1 and 5.5.2

Please let me know.

You don't and you can't. It's a custom vBulletin 3 theme not available to the public.

It is not too hard to make a same skin like vbulletin.org is using, you need to make changes on the templates. If you don't know how to do that, ask a vB designer will help you have the skin as expected.
