Hallo,

Here's I got error on step 3 during installation.... What to do??

If its a dedicated/vps server you can alter the timeouts for the backend engine, this is a server issue, not a vbuletin issue.

It's also possible that there's a long running task still running in the background which locks the webserver or PHP process.
