left click foes not work
 

when left clicking on reply to thread or edit post, it does not work. but when right click / open in new tab it works

That sounds like a computer setting, not an issue with vBulletin. Does your mouse work correctly elsewhere?

All my moderators have complained about the same issue
my own computer works fine on other sites with the mouse

Do you have any modifications or add ons? You might want to try disabling them one by one.

I disable one at a time each product that was added in the last week, and none brought the left click back.

My memory isn't all that good but I believe there was once an issue with the mouse and vBulletin 4. You could try upgrading to vBulletin 4.2.5 and see if the problem continues.

Maybe one of the Staff can remember if this was an issue or not. My memory on vB4.x issues is getting a bit fuzzy.

It's mod_security on your server blocking something (most likely ajax.php). Ask your host for assistance.
