Two vbulletin forums able to merge posts
 
I have two versions of vbulletin for the message board that I administrate.

One version we are on vbulletin 3.8.9, and the other is on vbulletin 4.2.2.

I have data on both boards that I'd like to save, so is it at any way possible to save the threads/posts on the one board and integrate them into the other vbulletin board?

If I upgrade the older board to the same version as the 4.2.2 board, will that allow me to migrate forum threads/posts into the other vbulletin message board?

Thank you very much for any assistance you can give me.
