I have a question

what is the name of the hack. that pops up a message on the index for non registered users, and only non registered users. giving 2 button links that lead to close to pop up or take to register window.

was that clear and understandable??

and/or if i had the coding for it... where to i input these codes in the admin options?

That's not a hack. It's the default notice.

You could edit the notices in your admincp -> Notices.
