Reinstall but with same posts and members

Hello , i have a simple question if u can answer please help me . :)
How can i reinstall (vbulletin 4.2.5) but with no lose posts and members ?

Import database backup into mysql
Upload vb files to server
Edit config.php & set mysql user info
