Need my account deleted
 

Hi, I used to have a vb3/4 license, but have long since stopped running a forum. As such, my account here is unlicensed. The problem I am having is that I cannot unsubscribe from the email notifications from a mod (vbproarcade) that is now under development again. I cant unsubscribe because I dont have permission to unsubscribe...but apparently I have permission to receive the emails...

Also cant contact the admins because I dont have permission to...

Anyway, I don’t need my account anymore anyway. Havent used it in years. If a mod or admin could just delete it, you will never hear from me again...

I’d prefer this to marking the emails as spam, as that will hurt your deliverability rates.

I don't know if they'll delete the account, are you able to change the email listed here so you wouldn't get anymore alerts?

As long as I stop receiving any emails of any kind for any reason from vbulletin.org, I will be fine with that.

That means zero emails, even from administrators.

Change the email to something that isn't yours and move on ;)

Or we could be good netizens and not pollute the tubes with even more useless data transmission...

Look on the site for contact options, message an Admin or contact staff if required.

Do not create more accounts, to ask a singular question about another site that you will end up wanting said account deleted on regardless, use the site contact options. By creating an account to ask a question, you're sort of defeating the purpose of the GDPR you want enforced per se and just wasting everyone's time including yours. You may not have realized this, but I thought you should know to prevent this from occurring in the future, and thus wasting more time all around.
