I would like to ask how I can move Administrator and online ball in a postbit, like here:

Don't know how they did it, you could use css to move the content. In my forum you could set the postbituserinfo from left to top or right. Or they could change the template, but that is bad idea if you use a vB-standard-template because you have to change it everytime after update your forum.

So that's not a good idea to change my css like in picture?

You could edit the additional.css template and put in every css you want. All the other templates will be updated during a vB update.
