Have you installed any plugins recently? It looks like something is messing with the forum IDs being retrieved in the query:

AND thread.forumid IN (0,)
That last comma in the brackets is what's causing your error.

Check for modifications that allow you to list forumid's in the settings, i.e. a plugin that in the settings allows you to specify the forumid #'s of the forums to use it in etc. It appears you left it blank or removed a forumid but also forgot to remove the comma in the list.
