HTTP ERROR 500 on login page

http://www.gsmsociety.com/login.php?do=login not working
please help me i was installed some plugin after my login now working please help me.

This page isn?t working
www.gsmsociety.com is currently unable to handle this request.

Are you using a custom template?

Disable the plug ins:

Put this at the top of your config.php file:
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Then remove the offending plug in and then remove or comment the out define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);..
