Text Replace Based on Geo
 

I currently have cloudflare running that delivers location data vi 2 letter country code. I am looking for where to hook into the VB output to replace text based on location due to new regulations in my industry for specific GEO's with terms I can use / not use.

Ideal time would be when page is completely rendered, then do str_ireplace of all text that is not a url. I assume I would remove all HTML with a placeholder, replace text then return HTML then render.

Any assistance on a hook location for this would be great or if someone would like to create an official plugin possibly.
