posting events fails to reflect on events calendar module

good day to all , anyone have a clue on this please ?

we post an event using the EVENT OPTION in the NEW POST MODULE, everything looks fine and the event really shows in the list of posts of that particular channel

issue is : we expect THE EVENT to show also on the EVENTS CALENDAR MODULE , but it doesn't

any clue on why ? we used all default options by the way
