hello im looking for a mod

hey im looking for a mod i know exists ive just forgotten the name of it
basically this mod makes all new members that register see a thread and have to click a button to say they have read this thread before continuing if anybody could link or tell me the name of this mod id be very greatful

Here are two different options that I searched for.

This one forces members to view a thread to be able to move on.

This one requires all members to read forum rules and click accept before they can surf the site.

For future references, when trying to find an addon try using a few key words in the search above then select 4.x mods/Title only.
