I can't seem to get commbull.php to work for me. I've tried various versions of it, from Kier's original, to v.98 to the with HTML version and they all give me the same error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: cpheader() in /home/newbeetle/public_html/testforum/commbull.php on line 6

What am I doing wrong?

You need to put it in the admin directory.
