phpBB 3.2.1 to vBulletin Cloud
 
I would like to migrate phpBB 3.2.1 to vBulletin Cloud, but it seems I need an intermediate standalone vBulletin 5 installation to migrate to, first, then to the cloud. I don't want to spend the extra money or platform costs to run a server for this task.

I asked gConverter Services, and they need access to my vBulletin 5 "server," which of course, I don't have one.

Are there any ways around this, or another service that offers help to perform such a migration, or someone with a standalone that can allow me to do this?

Apperciate any insight or suggestions.

You don't need to convert to VB 5.x, any VB 3.x version or above will do.
