i can't download any of those hacks :confused:

FireFly asked me to check member's support area but this even didn't work!

You do exactly what I told you to do.
Go there, login using your customer number and password and enter your username in the form.

how do i know my customer number?
is it my existing username? if yes, i've tried doing that already - but it didn't work :confused:

It's the number you need to get access to the members are at vbulletin.com. With this you can download the latest version of vBulletin. You got it by email after buying vB. If you don't have it, you don't have a legal copy of vBulletin.
