Error after installing a product.

Hello everybody.

I use vbulletin 4.2.5

every time , after I import a product , I get a browser error message like this :

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

however, it seems like the product was successfully installed....

any suggestions why and how to fix this ?

Disable gzip compression in the admincp, then empty vb's cache in maintenance, try importing another product to test if the error is gone.
