Error - "This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view."

Not sure what is causing this.

Only affecting banned users aswell.

Googling this error from past reports has pointed to character replacement issues from vbseo and also invalid characters being used in the user's username.

In my case username appears legit with no invalid characters used.

Click Username -> View Public Profile - shows error
Click Username -> Send a private message to "user" - works fine
Click Username -> Find all posts by "user" - works fine

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Just tested this specific user, unbanned and his profile worked fine.

http://www.mydomain.com/forums/members/ramacher.html

Banned him again and this url now displays the error.

You may have his primary usergroup set to banned but may have this user set to guest in secondary usergroup, remove the secondary usergroup if this is so.

Thanks for the reply.

I checked the user in admincp.

Primary Usergroup: Banned by Moderators
Additional Usergroups: None of the additional usergroup are selected / ticked.
