Problem With Report

I have installed vBulletin 4.1.7 Version but no see the report button inside in threads.

If you have report enabled?
You must have the icon "report-40b.png" in every skin in /buttons/report-40b.png
or
if you have only default skin in images/buttons/report-40b.png

P.S: The above is in vb4.2.0, hope same to vb4.1.7
