vb.org Archive - Welcome PM and e-mail disabled ?

Hi,

We enabled welcome PM and e-mail and we customized it to present the different sections of our board, but I tried to create a new account and I didn't receive those welcome PM nor e-mail...

In the past, those options worked well as some members sent back a PM to thank us for the welcome. So the question is : what could have changed ? The options are enabled in the adminCP as well as the "receive PM" for the newly subscripted members.

Could it be a bug ?

We're using vB4.2.2 PL6.

edit : OK... for some reason, I made a mistake and the test account I created was already confirmed so it didn't receive the welcome PM nor e-mail. A further test was succesful.
