Where can I find the vBulletin Message template?
 

Hi, just wondering where I could find this vBulletin message thing in my templates?

As you can see, it's only width 70%, but in inspect element if I put it too 100% it goes how I want it: http://prntscr.com/ighj0n

I've been looking in the navbar template however it isn't in there (I looked in there because in inspect element I see "<!-- / PAGENAV POPUP -->" and I can see that at the bottom of my navbar template but can't find anything to do with width="70%"

Can anyone inform me where I can find it to edit it please?
