User profile seems to be corrupted
 
Hi,
I am running VB4.2.5, PHP 5.6.32-nmm1, SQL 5.6.38-nmm-1log
There is one user who cannot create the standard VBPicgallery, the error message says he has exceed the limit of uploads already. He didn't upload anything yet.
I checked all user rights, all is standard. I ran the repair of user profiles w/o success.
What I tried also is to make him an admin. Although he is an admin now he cannot create his gallery. Also he doesn't have the full Admin CP, there are only a few menue items available in the CP.
So I assume the user is somehow corrupted.
Is there a way, beside the a.m. maintenance function, to fix a profile?

I thought about creating a new user and merge the corrupted one into the new one, where I don't know if corruption will be inherited :(
Any help apprecciated

Sounds like this user is in two different usergroups with one not having upload permissions to your gallery.
Set gallery permissions for his/her second usergroup and see if that fixes your issue.
