vBulletin 4 Request - Donation links for users

Hi, I want to see a donation mod like this come out for vb4. Only select usergroups should be able to see the new fields this mod produces for them to input their paypal account.

There is an older addon that does this for vb 3.6, here.

so effectively this would place it upon the member to be truthful to indicate if they are PayPal verified or not (only thinking about the verified piece)?

Probably could do this as Template modification?

There might be a check function to verify if they're verified. If not, it could be added in or have paypal verified ignored, depending on who wants to take on this request.
