to not see signatures of other users? Thanks for any info.

Users can visit their settings, and go to "General Settings," and the top option in the "Thread Display Options" section allows them to toggle signatures on/off.

If you are an admin, you can see signature of an user when viewing their profile.
Other than that, you can see signature through posts if they are display on their posts.

You can set conditionals on your template to let not others see signature (for example set conditions to only Admins or Mods see signature), totally disable signatures.
Choose which one to tell you more and its how-to
