The capital letters are small in the message ....
 

When I use the code on the Friends forum or when I use capital letters when writing a message, when I send the message the letters are published in small letters I mixed a setting where and how I can fix it ..
Note: I have disabled all plugins that are not related to installed plugins ...
example: [CODE] I am writing HELLO [/ CODE] but it appears as [code] hello [/ code]. :erm:

Look at the setting "Minimum Characters Per Post"...

1 is the smallest value that makes sense...all posts must have at least 1 character. I would also set "Ignore Words in [QUOTE] Tags For Min Chars Check" to "Yes" so that users are required to give content outside of quotes.

What are you trying to post that causes this error? A post must at least contain something.

when I write it with any code it turns out this
example: [QUOTE] hello [/ QUOTE] I am getting this error

I believe quotes aren't part of the message length check. You must enter something else aside from the quote.
