Designe Error

Hello everybody I turn to you now because the developer gives me no answer.
Can someone tell me what I did wrong that the edge is cut off and have a frame?

I have installed it according to the information of the developer

Add one of these to the additional.css

#outer-wrapper { margin: 0px; }

or

#wrapper { border: 0px; }

Use the one you thing fulfil your requirement.
