Problem in " permanently " deleting a channel
 
Greetings all vbulletin geeks and happy new year !!

we keep on getting this error

vbulletin error An unexpected error was returned: 'Duplicate route data: forum

each time we deleted a channel and attempted to create again another channel by the same name

any advice on how to permanently remove a deleted channel so that it's name / info no longer exists anywhere

so that if needed , another channel by the same name could be created after the former is deleted ??
