Thumbnails Not Loading Properly
 

Our forum and CMS is not displaying all thumbnail images on page load. This is most noticeable on CMS article previews and user albums. The initial page load will display most but not all images. Subsequent refreshes will usually display the missing images until the browser cache is cleared. Also, this seems to be random and not limited to specific albums or attachments. Every time you clear cache and reload an album the missing images will change. I have verified attachments are set to filesystem storage (database storage had the same issue) and have rebuilt thumbnails with no change. Can anyone provide some insight into this?

EDIT: Please disregard this thread. It was a conflict between two plugins that was also generating a large number of database errors.
