Is there a mod that allows members to upload files into the groups?

Is there a mod that allows members to upload files in the groups they are in?
There is the option to insert images, videos, links, paste text into group posts but there is no way for them to upload/insert a file (eg; pdf) attachment in a post.
There is a group photo album section but I'm looking to add a group files section as well.

Does this feature exist?
