Strange issue on vbulletin 5.3.3

Hello,

I had installed vbulletin on my domain.
Everythig was working fine until today.
Suddenly when I try to login to vbulletin admin mostly it displays the below text only.
"Powered by vBulletin® Version 5.3.3 Copyright © 2017 vBulletin Solutions, Inc. All rights reserved."

However if I am able to login after a few attempts the admin page keeps on refreshing every second.
I dont have any control over it and just keeps refreshing.
Please help i can share my domain and login credential if anyone is helpful at checking.

We use vB 4.2.5, but we recently experienced the dreaded AdminCP refresh issue, and it turned out to be the owner of the site had enabled ClouldFlare's RocketLoader.

Thankyou so much for a prompt reply.
Yes I disabled the cloudflare rocket feature and it has resolved the issue of refresh after login.

But for some reason to login to admin panel it takes many attempts.
I mean its like as soon as I have loggedin immediately the session gets expired.

Or when I try to login it again brings up the login page with below url
http://www.lifeisliberty.com/admincp...p?do=dooptions

The session gets over super quick.

However in Cookies and HTTP Header Options

Session Timeout Setting value is 90000

Please share if any tips to resolve this as well.

I have the same problem vbulletin not answered and tried everything that is in the forums without solution
