vBulletin 4 Request - Mod to allow users to pick from a list of certain items
 
Here's my scenario. I have a list of 32 NFL teams.

I would like a mod that allows a user to select one of those teams by posting in that particular thread. Once one of those 32 NFL teams is selected, that team is removed from the list of 32 NFL teams. At no point can someone choose the same team.

as an addendum, would like for it to be editable later so I can use it for NBA, MLB or an assortment of other options.

Is this possible to do? Would be willing to pay for this mod. Been looking everywhere and have been unable to find it.
