Email notifications problem
 
Hello I have a problem, every time a post is written on my forum, email notifications reach all users! This is becoming stressful! I run the sql query to not get emails but the result was negative! All emails continue to arrive! How can I fix it?
I also deleted the system cache as recommended by glennrocksvb i thank you but i did not fix the problem ... i ask for help please!
