Edit Title issue...

Hello, I have vB 4.2.5 and when any Registered User edit the Thread Title, this Title don't show in the Forum List.

If any Administrator edit the Thread Title, this Title show in the Forum List.

What is the problem?.

ACP -> Settings -> Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Time Limit on Editing of Thread Title
