How do you delete picture files from manage attachments

From the post view?

Mine does not look like that using 4.2.4

Your profile settings:
profile.php?do=editattachments and from there tick the boxes of the attachments you want to delete.

ACP/Attachments/Search from there you would use some finely crafted search criteria to retrieve the attachments you want to delete.

*Caution: It is very likely that by deleting attachments you would render some posts or threads redundant. In ACP you can click on the "view content" link to see where an attachment is posted which can guide your delete or not decision.
